About Us

Rachel's Kitchen is the creation of Debbie Sofer Roxarzade, and named after her beloved daughter Rachel, born in 2004.

Through hard work and commitment to excellence, Debbie has cooked up an exciting array of delicious recipes for an unforgettable dining experience.

An excellent cook with a passion for food, Debbie opened her first cafe' in Beverly Hills at the age of 21. Her vision was to serve fresh, high quality and delicious food with a gourmet touch at very affordable prices. This approach made her cafe' a local favorite and immediate success.

Within a few years she owned and operated seven locations throughout Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.

While on a business trip with her husband to Las Vegas in 2003, Debbie fell so in love with Summerlin, that she and her family decided to move there in 2006.

In September 2006, Rachel's Kitchen opened it's doors at it's first location in Summerlin at 3645 S. Town Center Dr. She hopes you enjoy your dining experience at Rachel's Kitchen as much as she did in creating it.
